The Scope of Our Painting Work
- Before we start painting we remove all contamination, Mildew, Black Streaks, Algae, Wasp Nests, Mud Daubers, Etc.
- Our team properly prepares all surfaces before starting any paint work. We scrape all areas to remove flaking paint and we apply a top quality primer to all areas before painting. Then we apply a top quality Primer, Sand all areas in between coats, Caulk, and Putty. Once areas are addressed, then we apply top grade finish coatings.
- We cover all areas using drop cloths, plastic, paper, tape, and floor paper so we can keep the work site clean.
- We will report any water damage or rotted wood to the owners that we find when doing our work.
- Any changes must be in writing to sign off on.
What We Use!
We only use top of the line paint products but if one of our clients has a specific paint or type of material they want used they are welcome to let our contractor know ahead of the job. We do residential, commercial and industrial properties so no job is too large or small for our team.
